UK orders up to £20 - £1.50

UK orders  over £20  - £2.50

Overseas orders up to £20 - £3.50

Overseas orders over £20 - £5

 

Recorded delivery is extra.

 

 

You can pay by PayPal. If you would like to pay by cheque, please email me. Orders will be dispatched usually 3-5 days after receiving cleared funds, but on rare occasions may take longer. Please email me if you have not received your order after 28 days.

 

 

Please email me to let me know as soon as possible. Then return the item with all components and packaging for a refund or replacement. Make sure you obtain proof of posting.

 

Please email me first. A refund (including original postage) will be given as long as you return the items and all components in their original condition, plus all packaging, within ten days of receiving them. Make sure you obtain proof of posting. Earrings can be refunded, but a cost of 50p will be deducted to pay for changing the ear wires.
