Orders up to £20 will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery.

Orders over £20 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders up to £20 - £2.50

Orders up to £30 - £3

Orders over £30  - FREE DELIVERY
 

Flat rate of £3.50 on all orders up to £30.

You can pay securely online via PayPal using credit or debit card. (You don't need a PayPal account to use this service.) If you would like to pay by cheque, please email us. Orders will be dispatched usually 1-3 days after receiving cleared funds, but on rare occasions may take longer. Please email us if you have not received your order after 28 days.

 

 

Please email us to let us know as soon as possible. Then return the item with all components and packaging for a refund or replacement. Make sure you obtain proof of posting.

 

Please email us first. A refund (including original postage) will be given as long as you return the items and all components in their original condition, plus all packaging, within ten days of receiving them. Make sure you obtain proof of posting. Earrings can be refunded, but a cost of 50p will be deducted to pay for changing the ear wires.
